Cesar Zapata started working in the masonry business since the age of 18. He quickly picked up the ins and outs of the business and started Dunamis Construction in 2004. Dunamis Construction specialized only in Stucco, Stone, and EIFS…but later expanded into providing more services such as brick, cement work, indoor/outdoor painting, at such given birth to Dunamis Developments, Inc.  

With over 15 years of experience, Dunamis Developments, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. We work on residential homes, (both new and old), multi-family dwellings, and commercial projects all over the city of HOUSTON and its surroundings.

We take pride in our work. Our workers are detailed and specialize in what they do. Our work stands out in many high-end Houston neighborhoods, but also in Sugar Land, Katy, Magnolia, Freeport, Missouri City, Galveston, Bellaire, Cypress, Santa Fe, Dickinson, and other Texas cities.
